Admissions Information For Addlestone Hebrew Academy
We are always looking for familes and students who are interested in AHA, and we invite you to apply today. The admissions process involves four steps: application, intake/assessment, pre-enrollment, and acceptance. Apply with Ease:
After your tour, complete the New Student Application for Enrollment at addlestone.org/new-student-application. A $150 non-refundable application fee is required to finalize the application.
Friendly Reminder: Class placements are determined by a September 1 birthdate cutoff.
2. Evaluation
To ensure we understand each student’s unique needs and strengths, we’ll complete the following evaluations during the admissions process:
Early Childhood Students: Parents will participate in an intake conference with teachers, and students will enjoy a shadow day to experience our classrooms firsthand.
Lower and Middle School Students: Students will complete a scheduled assessment for both Hebrew language and general studies. (When applicable, transcripts from previous schools will also be reviewed.
3. Pre-Enrollment
After completing the application and evaluations, we’ll share your family’s admissions decision (admitted, waitlisted, or denied).
Before your child’s official start date, Addlestone and our governing agencies (DSS and DHEC) require the following documents to be on file:
South Carolina Immunization Record (provided by your child’s physician)
Addlestone Administrative Forms (provided by our Registrar)
4. Acceptance
Upon completion of all required documents you will receive:
– An official letter of acceptance
– Start date for your child to begin attending school

Middle School
6th – 8th: $18,920
Building & Grounds Fee
$400 Per Family
Included in Tuition:
– Nutritional snacks (EC & Kindergarten)
– Lunch (for EC PM and Kindergarten through 8th Grade)
– Textbooks (Kindergarten through 8th Grade)
– Lab fees (Kindergarten through 8th Grade)
*EC-PM and Early Drop are options that can be added to the AM schedule. Students must attend the AM Class to participate in the PM or Early Drop Classes. All students who attend the PM will also attend Lunch.
